They know everything , but they don’t follow the proper procedure. Because of the high demand they just hire a guy and send to client to increase head count. That is the cause that very few good work has been done by Indian companies. Some time they refers as software pion in USA. Quality of work should be improved.

I am running a company at Kolkata , I have offered some times to give false certificate of experience, and this may be a business because I was offered by some finishing school kind of organization. Do you think that this market will grow up. I always believe that market always tells the truth and truth is that this guys are incompetent to survive morally and technically.
